Russophile Tucker Carlson Has Come Out In Defence Of Donald Trump Amid Allegations Of Improper Association With Vladimir Putin By Bob Woodward

Veteran journalist Bob Woodward has come out with a damning expose regarding former US President Donald Trump’s intimate relationship with Russian President, Vladimir Putin, in his new book “War”.

In “War”, Bob Woodward alleges that while he was serving as the American President, Donald Trump sent Russian President Vladimir Putin American COVID-19 Rapid Testing Equipment during early days of the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020 when there was a worldwide shortfall in the availability of the equipment. Woodward also reports that Trump continued to communicate with Putin after leaving office in 2021.

In light of the allegations by Woodward, Tucker Carlson put forth the following observations in Trump’s defence via a recently posted video on X:

“I, for one, am appalled at the callousness of the Democratic Party for their self-righteous chest-thumping in response to a rumour instigated by a feeble and grumpy old man, Bob Woodward, that President Donald “Ox-like-built” Trump had provided some humanitarian aid to Russia in the form of COVID-19 testing kits during the COVID-19 pandemic.

I’m not implying in any way that the rumours are in any way correct - the seem to have been initiated as a desperate ploy to re-establish relevance by a washed up celebrity journalist whose last significant achievement was looking like Robert Redford in the Dustin Hoffman starrer “All The President’s Men”, back in 1976.

I’m simply here to ask the question that even if they are correct - what’s the big deal?

Aren’t liberals always pretending to be compassionate and caring about elderly statesmen - which is what they claim Biden to be - or is it just the senile ones?

And have the Democrats even considered that:

1. We provide billions of dollars in aid, every year, to countries who produce a far less desirable yield of mail order brides than Russia. Yet the mainstream media has its hair on fire about this completely unremarkable gesture of kindness by a man who owes two wives and multiple mistresses to the region.

   
   

2. Maybe Trump was assessing the efficacy of the tests on Russian subjects before letting Americans use them. What else would a true patriot have done?

   
   

3. Ensuring Putin stays in good health was the smart thing to do to secure American foreign policy interests, as I explain below.

For decades prior to Putin’s ascension to power, America had a tempestuous relationship with the USSR - the two countries were often at the brink of nuclear war. Putin heralded an unprecedented magnificent era of peace and trade between the two countries; not to mention a period of stability and prosperity for Russia - which played a significant role in shaping the economic success of Europe.

There is a reason why Russia is so crazy about him that it amended its constitution to keep him in power. In fact, seeing how good the Russians have it, recently, Ukraine has also slowly but steadily started integrating itself with Russia - such a pro-imperialistic fervour has never engulfed a subjugated people in any other part of the world at any point of time in history.

Moreover, following Putin’s institution as “Dear Leader”, Russia has played a critical role in the development of many niche industries in America and around the world. For instance, Russia is a major investor in multiple small American businesses that disseminate disinformation during elections and make xenophobia and misogyny look cool and fun as their primary occupation. Without Putin, this nascent but important industry would have struggled to survive, let alone reach its present-day golden age; and I, for one, have gotten used to the fat perks it affords!

But even if you don’t care about me, you should at least consider this - what possible contribution could Tim Pool or Benny Johnson make to society otherwise? Who will feed their children?

And I thought the Republicans had the market cornered on being heartless monsters!”

It’s worth noting that there has been a notable rise in Carlson’s Russophilia following an incident, a year and a half ago, during which Carlson claims to have been “mauled by a demon” while he was sleeping in his bed.

It is yet unclear whether “demon” is a term of affection that Carlson uses for Laura Loomer.
